This application operates entirely without user accounts. We do not collect or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). You will never be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying personal details to use this assessment.

2. Local Storage (Your Device Only)

To provide a seamless experience, we temporarily save your assessment progress strictly on your device using a technology called `localStorage`. Here is exactly what we store:

  • Assessment Progress: The answers you provide to the temperament questions.
  • State: Your current progress (e.g., which question you are on).

This data never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers. Your results are processed entirely locally in your browser. When you complete the assessment or manually clear your browser data, this information is reset.

3. Analytics (Plausible)

We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool called Plausible Analytics to understand overall usage trends. Plausible is designed to protect your privacy:

  • No Cookies: Plausible does not use cookies to track you across websites.
  • Anonymized Data: It tracks general events (such as viewing a page or clicking a button) without tracking you as an individual.
  • No IP Storage: Your IP address is never stored.
  • No Cross-Site Tracking: We only track standard usage metrics on this specific site to improve performance and user experience.

4. No Server-Side Storage & No Third-Party Sharing

We do not have a backend database to store your assessment results, nor do we share or sell your data to any third parties. All processing happens locally. You are in complete control of your results.

5. Educational Purpose Only

This application is designed purely as an educational tool to help you reflect on your temperament. Because we do not store any identifying information, we cannot retrieve your data if you lose your device or clear your browser history.

6. Changes to this Policy

If we add new features to this application, we will update this privacy policy to clearly explain our practices. However, our commitment to never collecting unnecessary personal data will remain unchanged.
